From great products to long-lasting companies, we believe that nothing great is made alone—come <a href="https://www.figma.com/blog/inside-maker-week-more-than-a-hackathon/">make</a> with us!</p><p>We have scaled our European team and we are now looking for an organised, go-getter marketing project manager to help us coordinate and scale our events and join the dots between our marketing campaigns to drive the business forward.</p><p>You’ll be focussed on ensuring our field marketing activities across Europe are handled expertly, from setting up and leading all aspects of livestreams, to “jamming” with speakers on their panel discussion points to joining the dots between our programmes in region to maximise their impact and success.</p><p>As part of the international Marketing team, you’ll partner closely with Sales, Product, and our Designer Advocates to connect marketing initiatives to the wider vision and mission of the business.</p><h2><strong>What you’ll do at Figma:</strong></h2><ul><li>Define, lead and be responsible for Figma events in Europe (from owned events like livestreams and in-office meetups, to sponsored trade shows and webinars). You will make sure the whole process runs smoothly and on time.</li><li>Drive the regional roll out of our global annual conferences</li><li>Continue to scale the success of events in our key regions (UK, France, Germany) and fully lead the roll-out of events in additional expansion markets</li><li>Project manage regional campaigns working closely with regional marketing partners to connect the dots to make maximum impact</li><li>Be the connector and collaborator between the teams; how can we improve the content we are creating with an event, how can we drive more attendees to our live streams with growth marketing, and how can we ensure we generate business success for our sales teams?</li><li>Lead all aspects of and project manage integrated field campaigns via multi-channel comms, including email marketing, search and social</li><li>Report on the success of the projects you run</li><li>Define a region-specific marketing plan that supports the regional sales strategy to create net-new sales opportunities, accelerate existing sales opportunities and deepen our existing customer relationships.</li></ul><h2><strong>Some projects you could work on:</strong></h2><ul><li>Running our regional annual conferences; Config and Schema in Europe</li><li>Setting up weekly or monthly thought leadership livestreams in France, in-office meetups in London and big European trade shows</li><li>Project managing an EMEA wide marketing campaign with multiple components and driving it forward with cross functional teams</li></ul><h2><strong>We'd love to hear from you if you have:</strong></h2><ul><li>Incredible organisation skills - you naturally build processes and checklists and enjoy driving your projects forward</li><li>You are a great collaborator. You find it easy to get buy in to your projects and unblock challenges as they arise</li><li>A fast paced attitude. You consider yourself a “go-getter” and enjoy quickly getting stuck in.</li><li>Extensive events experience, from thought leadership to educational, livestream to trade shows - you’ve done it</li><li>Communication skills that challenge the best communicators. You understand how to work with people, and you easily can balance diplomacy and assertion</li><li>Advanced project management skills, and you can take any project through to completion on time and within budget</li><li>You enjoy tools; Asana, Monday.com - we name it, you’ve tested it.</li><li>You have worked closely with Sales to generate leads and opportunities.</li><li>A creative outlook: you relish bringing new insights to existing projects and continuously push the team to try new things</li></ul><p>At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go.
