So this will give you the flavour of the type of things you'll be working on when you start, but this will likely evolve.As the Global Head of Business Marketing, you'll lead a rapidly growing team, tasked with driving adoption and expansion of Canva in workplaces and organizations of all sizes. We're focussed on expanding Canva's adoption by enterprises, building off exceptional product-led adoption by more than 130 million people around the world — and a large base of organic usage in organizations (85% of the Fortune 500).In this role, you'll be an integral part of both our go-to-market (sales, product and growth) and marketing leadership teams, overseeing a cross-functional team spanning product marketing, growth marketing, content, PR &amp; comms, and experiential.We're looking for a strategic operator who can tackle ambiguous problems and drive impact. You will bring definition and clarity to develop our global business marketing plans, driving adoption of our Canva for Teams product. You're up for the build, and will bring your extensive experience to the table building enterprise adoption, but be ready to write the playbook too as we scale enterprise "The Canva Way", using our consumer/SMB success.From your experience, you'll know what it takes to build a comprehensive understanding of the enterprise buying journey (end users, CMOs, IT, procurement, HR etc.), and have extensive experience building marketing programs targeting our key use-case across marketing and creative teams.You’ll bring global experience, and be able to help build a team across our offices in Sydney and San Francisco, and expand through local hiring in regional hubs. Builds diverse and inclusive teams and focuses on team member wellbeingInternational Growth•Work closely with the Head of International Marketing to build out a scalable approach to B2B marketing across our key priority markets•Hire across central, regional and local teams and build highly aligned and empowered teams to drive impact•Evolve roles and responsibilities and ways of working across teams to ensure efficiency and impact<h3>Experience and skills we’re looking for</h3><ul><li>You have 10+ years experience in Marketing, with 8+ years leading global teams</li><li>You have 3+ years in a B2B SaaS environment, driving high value customer acquisition, conversion, retention and expansion. PLG experience is a big bonus.</li><li>You have aligned and led cross-functional and global teams with detailed written and visual communications</li><li>You are able to grow, inspire and coach high performing teams</li><li>You have navigated complex stakeholder environments to drive tangible business outcomes</li><li>Experience working across both B2B and B2C brands, and managing variety of functions including some growth marketing, experiential, content marketing, customer marketing, brand and PR and communications.</li><li>Strong at planning, organizing, prioritizing, and executing simultaneous projects</li><li>A self-starter with tenacity for execution and delivery and scalability</li></ul>At Canva we value fairness, and we strive to provide competitive, market-informed compensation whilst ensuring internal equity within the team in each region. The target salary range for this position is 233,000 to 356,000.
