We offer you the opportunity to make a difference and empower developers to build modern software through API innovation while doing the most critical work of your career.&nbsp;</p><p>The Growth team at Rapid is on a mission to fuel the funnel and increase active developers in our ecosystem by building high-value self-serve experiences.&nbsp;</p><h3>You Will</h3><ul><li>Own the growth funnel for one segment of Rapid’s user profile base, driving their lifecycle from signup -&gt; activation -&gt; revenue -&gt; retention -&gt; referral</li><li>Create and drive a roadmap aligned to ARR as your north star metric</li><li>Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Customer Support, and Engineering to take feature changes to market</li><li>Collaborate across geos with engineering teams in San Francisco, Berlin, and Tel Aviv to drive your initiatives</li><li>Own reporting and visibility for all metrics tied to your user segment</li><li>Use tools like Amplitude, HotJar, LaunchDarkly, and user interviews to make data-driven decisions, develop deep customer empathy, and understand our users</li><li>Monitor the market to stay on top of the competitive landscape</li></ul><h3>You Have</h3><ul><li>5-8+ years experience in Product Management, especially experience in product growth, developer tools, or SMB user personas</li><li>Superb ability to synthesize complex data from multiple sources and stakeholders into a clear path forward</li><li>Strong experience with A/B testing and experimentation</li><li>Outstanding project management skills (planning, managing deadlines and objectives, reporting on status) and experience driving projects end-to-end</li><li>A great sense of accountability/ownership</li><li>Razor-sharp communication and presentation skills</li><li>Ruthless dedication to adding clarity and structure to chaos</li><li>Previous experience as a developer is a big plus</li></ul><p>This is an opportunity to play a key role in a fast-growing and high-scale startup company distributed across the US, Europe, and Israel.
