About the team

We’re looking for a Salesforce Lightning Developer to join the CRM team in Websummit.

At Web Summit we believe that the power of data and engineering can be applied to every facet of our events to make the attendee experience excellent, so whatever projects you work on you’ll work closely with our UX engineers, data scientists, event engineers and web developers across all our conferences: Web Summit in Lisbon and Rio de Janeiro, and Collision in Toronto.

What you’ll achieve at Web Summit:

You'll work closely with our CRM team, supporting and facilitating real change within the company
Work closely with our stakeholders in sales, marketing, attendee success and engineering teams to capture and implement better user experiences for internal and external customers through lightning
Implement new and improve existing business processes through better automation
Drive our rollout from salesforce classic to lightning
You should have a good understanding of when salesforce configuration options are desirable over custom code
You must have experience writing apex triggers and lightning components.
Ideally you should have experience migrating legacy visualforce pages to lightning
Ideally you should have experience in middleware / integration solutions delivering scalable and robust integrations between business systems
