Our CX performance platform uses machine learning across both voice and digital engagement channels to augment and automate human work, radically increasing productivity and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of customer experience teams.</p><p>We are looking for an experienced, seasoned Technical Project Manager to work closely with our Engineering Operations team to develop strategic technical processes for launching and supporting ASAPP’s products at scale.</p><p>This role is onsite or hybrid flexible, working out of our office in New York City.</p><h3>What you'll do</h3><ul><li>Work on key problems the domain or area needs to solve, such as scaling, improved planning and road mapping, and setting minimum expectations and gates for process</li><li>Work with managers, domain leads, and other stakeholders to determine new process and build out the ASAPP roadmap</li><li>Be responsible for the strategy and construction of frameworks for ASAPP engineering best practices, visibility, measurement, and standards of productization</li><li>Help establish governance of the application of quality and process standards, as well as tracking adherence to company goals and OKRs</li><li>Act as a centralized resource for TPMs on unified strategy and best practices, mentorship, and career growth</li><li>Act as an extra TPM help on complex projects and programs</li></ul><h3>What you'll need</h3><ul><li>At least 7-10 years of experience in a Project Management role in software development</li><li>An ability to simultaneously manage multiple, fast-paced initiatives</li><li>Experience leading, mentoring, and coaching TPMs</li><li>Proven strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills</li><li>Excellent understanding of product release methodologies</li><li>Familiarity with Agile software development and deployment processes</li><li>Ability to grasp new concepts and technologies quickly in a fast-paced environment</li></ul><h3>What we'd like to see</h3><ul><li>An advanced technical degree or MBA</li><li>CSM / Certified Scrum Master</li><li>Experience in SaaS software development</li></ul><h3>Benefits</h3><ul><li>Competitive compensation with stock options</li><li>Comprehensive medical, vision, and dental insurance</li><li>401k matching</li><li>Fitness and wellness stipend</li><li>Mobile phone reimbursement</li><li>Mental well-being benefits</li><li>Professional learning and development stipend</li><li>Parental leave, including adoptive and foster parents</li><li>3 weeks paid time off (increases with tenure) and unlimited sick leave</li></ul><p>ASAPP is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
