We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to join the payments domain. You will work with some of our most skilled engineers on improving reliability of our systems, processes and tooling and steering the organisation to a ‘you build it, you own it’ way of working. You will help the team create the right tools and processes that accelerate the adoption of this mindset across product and engineering.As a technical product manager you will be part of the Payments domain that enables our product and engineering department to scale by providing a rock solid platform to build new payment products. As a Product Manager for our Core payments team, you’ll be responsible for building the core of our payment processing, that includes logic processing, refund, subscriptions and many more. You will be responsible for preparing the platform for scale, improving our existing systems to increase development velocity.What You'll Be Doing<ul><li>You will join a highly energised team of product managers and engineers from various backgrounds. Your team will be a good mix of engineers of various skill levels, including some of our most experienced colleagues</li><li>Our ideal Product Manager has led technical products and understands development challenges, has an extreme attention to detail and can concisely communicate complex concepts. You should be excited about improving reliability, SRE principles and can find a balance between quality and speed</li><li>You’ll work closely with other engineering teams like Central Platform teams, Cloud Enablement, Developer Experience and Product Engineering working on new products</li></ul>What you'll bring<ul><li>5+ years of Product Management experience</li><li>Ability to lead products that require the coordination of many teams</li><li>Experience building complex infrastructure that models businesses and relationships</li><li>Experience with APIs, platforms, products, and complex systems at scale</li><li>Experience working on large scale platforms or infrastructure</li><li>Experience with Site Reliability Engineering, incident management and post mortems is a plus</li><li>Experience with introducing new practices, frameworks and processes to engineering organizations</li><li>A computer science, math, or science degree, software engineering or relevant experience</li></ul>&nbsp;Mollie helps more than 120,000 entrepreneurs grow by offering convenient, safe and worldwide payment solutions.
