We offer you the opportunity to make a difference and empower developers to build modern software through API innovation while doing the most critical work of your career.&nbsp;</p><p>As a Web Designer on our Growth Marketing team, you will be delivering designs for our website that will help grow our self-service sign-ups, elevate our brand, and effectively communicate to our audiences. We are seeking a Website Designer who will partner with our Marketing team, as well as cross-departmentally, to design high-value experiences across a range of online media.</p><p>The primary focus of this role will be designing website experiences that support all marketing initiatives on our websites – all with&nbsp; focus on driving engagement and conversions.&nbsp; Join us, and drive the design that will take API development to the next level for developers!</p><h3>You Will</h3><ul><li>Design website experiences for a variety of website persona’s and outcomes, and support those experiences from initial problem evaluation to definition and design, through development, to iterating based on learnings from measurement.</li><li>Identify user needs in any of: scenarios, user journeys, personas, task flows, user stories, jobs to be done, and apply them in discussions and design decisions with stakeholders.</li><li>Discover problems and opportunities with research and analysis, and validate design approaches with interactive prototyping and A/B testing.</li><li>Define, design, review, and test interfaces for website experiences, participating with various stakeholders.</li><li>Work closely with cross-functional teams to build designs within technical &amp; time constraints.</li></ul><h3>You Have</h3><ul><li>Proficiency with a full range of design methods, and techniques, including user research, data analysis, journey mapping, task flows, scenarios, agile design iteration, rapid prototyping, and usability testing.</li><li>Solid understanding of user-centered design methodologies, usability principles, and responsive design.</li><li>An understanding of website CMS systems with basic knowledge of website development principles as they relate to implementing website designs.</li><li>Ability to produce high-quality, dev-ready prototypes, and collaborate with developers to ensure brand and design integrity.</li><li>Experience working in a fast-paced organization with multiple designers as a part of a cross-functional agile delivery team.</li><li>Capability to work within technical constraints, business requirements and tight deadlines.</li><li>Solid ability to present work, explain your point of view, and incorporate feedback gracefully.</li><li>Good communication and organization skills, and advocacy for design methodologies and processes.</li><li>When applying, please provide a resume and portfolio or document that showcases your work that is relevant to the position.</li><li><strong>Must be SF Bay area based.
